Infertility/RPL/Miscarriage

CD16

ahhhh waiting, my favorite thing.

This morning I awoke and peed on my approximate 785th stick, to greet the day with an empty circle.

I am in the final stretch of this rollercoaster of a cycle and now I just wait for that blasted smiley face to take the next steps.

This month has been an epic nightmare cyclone of stress and money, and we haven’t even gotten to insemination day yet!

on cycle day (cd) 5 while taking the prescribed 100mg of Clomid I was in such discomfort!

My lower back was in agony and I could not get comfortable, and I had cramping I would liken to menstrual cramps. In fact, I kept thinking it WAS my period restarting, but thankfully it was not.

This wonderful adventure proceeded to last until CD 10ish  when I realized the allergic reaction to the new brand of pads I’d had the audacity to try had morphed into a horrific full blown infection in girl town.

I spent three straight days using supposed one day treatments for infections plus soothing wipes and iodine douches to kill that beast while the days ticked by closer and closer to ovulation.

Needless to say I was worried what effect the meds would have,  or if having an infection on iui day would ruin this month

To my utter relief, yesterday I was finally all clear. Whew. With just a couple of days to spare.

So now I’m just chilling, waiting for my Smiley face…Peeing every five minutes and waddling through my life between naps .

Any day now….
Annnnnnnnnny day.

xoxo
